Two Happy Buddhas emerged from the dynamic partnership of chefs Alex Kuk and Diego Ng, whose shared vision for exceptional culinary experiences led to the creation of Temple Street Eatery. With locations in both Pembroke Pines and Fort Lauderdale, Temple Street Eatery offers a creative twist on classic Asian American comfort foods.

• Wok 'n Roll – VLFWF's Asian Street Food & Music Experience: An event in collaboration with Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival that celebrated Asian cuisine alongside classic rock 'n roll, curated by Two Happy Buddhas. This event not only showcased Broward’s top AAPI restaurants but also raised awareness and support for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
• Broward House Collaboration: We teamed up with Broward House to host dumpling-making classes, blending culinary education with community support. These classes not only teach the art of dumpling making but also help fund Broward House’s vital services.
• No Kid Hungry Collaboration: We partnered with The Naughty Fork for a collaboration that supported No Kid Hungry. This initiative was part of our commitment to contribute to the fight against child hunger.
